Socialism is evil, because it takes the gumption out of people that would otherwise excel. America is the greatest county in the world because it promotes competition, not only in the private sector, but in general industry as well. If you don't have the best people you are falling behind, and you won't pay top dollar then the best people will not work for you. It doesn't matter if you are in the business of changing oil, or building jets.
