HOLY HELL!!
"It’s one thing to get discoverable material by visiting someone’s page or requesting that evidence from that page be turned over..
But judges are bypassing that formality and asking for user names and passwords so that the "entirety of one’s social media persona" can be scoured,
as opposed to a cherry-picked selection of evidence".
"The moral of the story:
Don’t assume that people can’t get to anything you say or do online,
and don’t assume that it won’t be used against you in a court of law"..
