Democrats Do They Know Best Using Spies on their Rivals

This is the political season where dirty politics will prevail in the 2012 elections. Democrats having nothing to brag about in accomplishments will use dirty tactics to scare voters and dupe them to vote Democrat. Since stealing elections using stuff ballots or manipulating registered voters had been exposed, the alternate has been proven with some success. This is the playbook Democrats will use in the 2012 elections.

(NBC) Democratic congressional candidate David Weprin isn't denying accusations that his campaign volunteers tried to spy on his rival's headquarters to send back intel.

In an interview with NBC New York, Weprin tried to change the subject, saying the story is a "distraction" and that he can't be responsible for all the actions of his campaign workers.

"I don't know," Weprin said. "I'm the candidate. I can't control who goes to everything."

The New York Post reported Friday that Weprin has sent people into Bob Turner territory pretending to be volunteers or college reporters.

Weprin campaign spokeswoman Elizabeth Kerr admitted Weprin had sent a "tracker" to follow Turner at public events but denied that any staffers misrepresented themselves as reporters or Turner volunteers.

"Let 'em spy," said Republican Bob Turner at a campaign stop on Kings Highway Friday. "It's a little underhanded and a little amusing."

Turner's team is also accused of "bad form," after their campaign manager showed up at a Weprin news conference Wednesday to defend his candidate.

Weprin and Turner are facing off Sept. 13 in a special election to replace disgraced Rep. Anthony Weiner, who resigned amid a sexting scandal.
