The idea of Palin is better than the real thing. I love her positions, and I love what she stands for; however, when she is asked a question, half way though her answer I find myself reading the bottom of my shoe. Her monotone ramblings, laced with shrill high-pitched platitudes, grates on my nerves, even as I am agreeing with her.
Believe me; I am not alone. When you talk to people (conservatives), you have to search for people who don’t feel the same way; when you do find someone who likes her, they really, REALLY, like her. That just won’t cut it.
Having Palin as a presidential hopeful would be a disaster. If she gets into the race and wins the nomination, we will be looking at four more years of Obama. Thankfully, I don’t think we have that to worry about, because here is what is what I believe would happen.
She will jump to the lead in the polls, and then the media will eat her alive – again! Her bubble will burst and then she will fall to number three or four.
If I am wrong about the primaries, I will do everything I can to prove myself wrong about her chances with Obama.
