2011 World Series: Mike Napoli's Two Run Double

Here is my little rundown of my World Series in Texas experience from the not so cheap cheap seats.

In the past I have spent a bunch of money on something that turn out a total over hyped waste, but not this time. I will defiantly do this again, if forded the opportunity.

Here is some of the crowd noise, before all the seats were filled. It got much louder.

The World Series was awesome, and the Texas fans showed great class by going out of their way to be nothing but nice to the few Cardinal fans that were there. They went out of their way to be friendly to people from out of state -- like us.

The video was taken right before confusion with Tony La Russa and the bullpen. We were saying “what in the crap is he doing?” Why is he not bringing in the closer Jason Motte.

I can understand how it happened, because the noise was deafening, and there is no way to see who is warming up from the dugout. It was a screw up for sure.

Here is what ESPN had to say about the mix up.

I also loved the way they played “God Bless America,” in the seventh. I could just see liberal commies across the nation cringing and turning the TV channel.

One of the reasons God Blesses America is because it is full of good people like I met in Texas.
