Someone Explain to Me How Islam is a Religion of Peace

Islamic Terror Attacks on Christians This is a 2 year list of targeted acts of terrorism on Christian civilians and church workers by religious Muslims. Even though it is small sample, Peaceofreligion.com compile an unabridged version since September 11th, 2001. It is compiled by keyword search from their main database. These attacks have nothing to do with war, combat, or insurgency. The victims are innocent Christians who were specifically targeted and abused solely on account of their faith by those who claim their own religion as a motive. There hasn't been any documentation of Christians, in recent memory, that went on an Islamic killing spree. Muslims would go on an characterize how Christians would do the same thing, but that is ignorant. There are some Muslims who would use Timmy McVeigh and the Oklahoma City bombing as a religious act against Muslims. But there is a problem. Timmy McVeigh was an agnostic and his motive was not to kill Christian, Muslims, or other religions. Thus, I would like someone to explain to me how Islam is a religion of peace. So far, I am not seeing it. In the latest attack on Christians, an Islamic group took credit in killing 27 Catholics in Nigeria on Christmas Day. I wonder what would happen if Christians attack Muslims during the Hajj. In fact, I haven't heard any outcry from the Muslim community on these atrocities. This is not a complete list, as much of the violence goes unreported.
