Here’s what he said in a nutshell:
“But when Congress refuses to act, and as a result, hurts our economy and puts
our people at risk, then I have an obligation as President to do what I can without
them. (Applause.) I’ve got an obligation to act on behalf of the American people.
And I’mnot going to stand by while a minority in the Senate puts party ideology
ahead of thepeople that we were elected to serve. (Applause.) Not with so much
at stake, not atthis make-or-break moment for middle-class Americans. We’re not
going to let thathappen.”

OK, so the President feels that guns are becoming too dangerous, therefore, he ”has an obligation to act.” He simply issues an executive order repealing the 2nd Amendment.
Or, let say he feels that our national debt is too high? No problem. Just bypass Congress with an executive order and raise the tax rate to 80%. Too much hate speech on the air waves?
Just issue an executive order … Well, you get the picture.
This clip is stunning, if not frightening. Perhaps more stunning is the applause. Yikes.
