When she threatens the "too big to fail banks," I wonder if she is including OneUnited, the Boston-based minority bank in which she and her husband, Sidney Williams, own between $250,000 and $500,000 in stock. By shear coincidence, OneUnited just happened to receive $12 million of taxpayer bailout money thanks to Waters. Of course, OneUnited donated $12,500 to her congressional campaign. There's nothing like funding your campaign using laundered taxpayer dollars. Crooked back room deals with taxpayer money like this was one of the reasons why Waters was named one of the most corrupt members of Congress by the left-lean (yes, you read that correctly, left-leaning) Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington."
