There are very few that can garner the respect of warriors, outside of warriors themselves. And make no mistake about it, our troops are warriors. It’s what they signed up to do and it’s what they consistently train for.
As Secretary of Defense, Panetta’s job should be to provide general guidelines to the Commanders in charge, and let them do their job.
