His Army is the IRS…His Ammunition is Your Money
Every empire needs its army. The Romans had their Legions. Obama has his IRS.
Within weeks of swearing his oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution, Obama began his campaign to amass his army of IRS agents, and he continued that campaign with his landmark ObamaCare legislation. Even while the right hand was vociferously professing that the individual mandate in his ObamaCare leviathan was not a tax, the left hand was building up the IRS by another 16,500 agents. But, the slight of hand came to a halt last week when the Supreme Court rejected the individual mandate as a gross violation of our Constitution under the Commerce Clause, then relabeled the same violation a tax and gave it a free pass. Thus, the Supreme Court has given the Federal government unrestrained power to force its citizens to do anything it capriciously commands under the guise of a tax, and Obama has gloriously found his way to circumvent the Constitution. His army is the IRS and his ammunition is money.

Our Founding Fathers framed our Constitution to protect not only our right to liberty, but also our property, for the two are as “sacred as the Laws of God” and cannot be separated.
“The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence. If ‘Thou shalt not covet’ and ‘Thou shalt not steal’ were not commandments of Heaven, they must be made inviolable precepts in every society before it can be civilized or made free.” ~ John Adams
Here we are one hundred years later with an incomprehensible debt crisis, an economy teetering on the brink of disaster, high unemployment, and the largest tax increase in history is about to roll across America with the implementation of ObamaCare…after the massive tax increase coming January, 2013. The unalienable rights of humanity held sacred and protected by our Constitution have been taxed and regulated into extinction. And after last week, sovereignty of the individual was judicially replaced with sovereignty of the unrestrained Federal government. There’s a reason so many Americans are leaving. When our individual liberty and property are no longer revered as sacred as the Laws of God, American citizenship has no value.
