Maggie's Notebook- How sad is this? The Detroit Police Department held a rally on Saturday, October 6th, 2012: “Enter at Your Own Risk” 2012. They want “citizens to know” the city is “too dangerous to enter.” Officers are overworked, “understaffed and at times fearful for their lives.”More at link above...
