Not a Game Changer. But, The Polls Will Tighten!

Partly because of Romney’s excellent performance last night, but mainly because we’re 33 days out and the skewed polling has to stop or else the pollsters will lose any credibility they have left!

Oh, they’ll claim it was Romney’s knockout performance last night. But, his performance was not enough to erase a 10 point deficit in some polls. Though, it’s no secret that Obama was never really that far ahead, was he?

Now to last night’s debate. And, for the purpose of full disclosure, regular readers of this site are fully aware that Mitt Romney was not my candidate of choice. I've been pretty critical of him in past posts, and the criticism was well deserved.

I've pleaded with him to stop following the McCain campaign model and start playing the same game as the Democrats. And, last night he finally did.

His performance made great strides in raising my comfort level towards his candidacy, and I’m sure he had the same effect on many others.
