Boko Haram have murdered three police officers in Nigeria. The Islamic group, reportedly led by one Abubakar Shekau, have said that they want to impose shariah law in the country. The Islamic terrorists also set several churches on fire in the early hours of the morning, as they carried out their attack. The writer Wole Soyinka has said that any attempts to hold talks with Boko Haram are "abysmal appeasement".
