So, let me get this straight. The President, the head of the federal government and the SS's boss, takes orders from the SS on budget matters. Because the SS, unilaterally decided the tours had to go, rather than some other, even more cost intensive outings by the prez and family, the prez had to go along and cancel the tours of the house he got from us. Yeah, o...kay.
