Congress Reportedly Trying To Exempt Themselves From 0bamacare

So they refuse to overturn or defund 0bamacare, (took a tip from a comment I read about obama and decided from now on, I too will use a zero for his first name) but they want an exemption from it. According to an article from Politico, they are seeking just that.

Congressional leaders in both parties are engaged in high-level, confidential talks about exempting lawmakers and Capitol Hill aides from the insurance exchanges they are mandated to join as part of President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul, sources in both parties said.

The talks — which involve Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio), the Obama administration and other top lawmakers — are extraordinarily sensitive, with both sides acutely aware of the potential for political fallout from giving carve-outs from the hugely controversial law to 535 lawmakers and thousands of their aides. Discussions have stretched out for months, sources said.

 

They know it is a horrible law that will bankrupt America, yet they only care about exempting themselves from it. They all seem to have forgotten that they are there to serve, not to be served. They have used us as their own personal bank account for too long. It is time to rid the government of ALL corruption. That includes those on both sides of the aisle. They have become too greedy. And now it is time to get rid of them.

I guess that after they passed it and then found out what was in it, they decided they didn't want it for themselves. But it's fine for the rest of us, just not their elite a**es. Like I always said, even a rat knows to jump ship when the boat is sinking. That doesn't mean they aren't still a rat, they are. But they know that this 0bamacare is a bad, bad thing. They just don't care if they can be exempt from it.
