Why could potential new AG Loretta Lynch be a great help to exiting AG Eric Holder?

Barack Obama has nominated Loretta Lynch to replace Eric Holder as Attorney General. 

Considering the fact that Obama does very little in the way of decision-making that does not have some political purpose, here is some speculation as to why he chose this nominee to be his top law enforcement officer for the nation.
