Hillary Clinton’s Entourage is Sprayed with Paintballs by Filipono Protestors

Donna's blog is quickly becoming one of my favorite reads. I watch the news pretty close, and this is the first time I saw this story.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, while traveling in the Philippines, convoy is attacked with paintballs. The demonstrations are in opposition to the US Visiting Forces Agreement. Click link

Filipino security officers and at least one American jumped out with automatic rifles drawn. However, no shots were fired.
The pact has been contentious in the Philippines. There have been cases of crimes committed by US troops in the Southeast Asian country, and some Filipino groups are opposed to the presence of any US troops in their state.
Filipino anti-US protesters also marched towards the US Embassy on Wednesday to protest the visit.
