Anybody Hear About the Worst Monthly Deficit In US History That Obama Ran Up In February???
[link]
You probably didn’t hear this important headline because the liberal media is working hard to hide the facts about Obama miserable presidency. No mention at all about the largest monthly deficit that Obama added to the national debt this past February. Instead the media is talking about free birth control being a “right” and Rush Limbaugh calling a liberal activist a “slut.” It’s the “deflect attention from Obama” scheme and most are falling face-first for it.
Don’t pay attention to the unemployment rate which is still above 8% for the 38 straight month. Don’t pay attention to this being the 3rd year since Obama signed his stimulus and his economic team predicted a 6% unemployment rate. Don’t pay attention to the 13 million jobs deficit. Don’t pay attention to the record amount Obama is adding to the national debt while producing higher unemployment, a worse housing situation, higher poverty, higher food stamp usage and higher gas prices. Don’t pay attention to Obama’s promise to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term or the fact that he has added more to the national debt than his 43 predecessors.
The media is dictating this presidential election again and most are allowing them to do it.

The federal government recorded its worst monthly deficit in history in February, according to a preliminary report Wednesday from the Congressional Budget Office that said the deficit in fiscal year 2012 is already more than half a trillion dollars.
The CBO’s figures show that despite repeated efforts to trim spending, the government has borrowed 42 cents of every dollar it spent during the first five months of this fiscal year.
The nonpartisan agency projected the government will run a deficit of $229 billion in February, the highest monthly figure ever. The previous high was $223 billion a year ago, in February 2011.
It is the 41st straight month the government has run a deficit — itself a record streak that dates back to the final months of President George W. Bush’s tenure. Before now, the longest streak on record was 11 months.
For all of fiscal year 2012, which began Oct. 1, the budget analysts said the government has raised $869 billion in revenue but spent $1.5 trillion so far.
