They've been doing this for years. First read about it in 2009, moving into Paraguay and learning Spanish. Then across they go. The drug cartels making money on it. I saw an arab guy traveling with a Spanish girl who had a latin kings tattoo on an airflight I was on (FT. Lauderdale destination) first in 2010. They are everywhere where can blend with dark skinned people now.
