"That is so stupid. If you are over 50 and have a few minor medical issues your premium is going to be close to $450-500 a month. The Rice family scenario is probably the closest to reality but who in the hell can afford to spend 21% of their income for premiums and co-payments a year?"

And even the poor person who can't afford insurance who ObamaCare was made for:
