Some Questions for Progressives

For those of you who think Trump is trying to "steal" the 2020 election with the legal challenges that could very well overturn the initial "results", here are some queations for you. I skipped the questions from Diogenes' Middle Finger.

Before we get into this, a personal note. While I am greatly disappointed that Trump "lost", I am more disappointed that so many people are OK with how the results came to pass. It strikes at my faith in my fellow humans. As much as I don't want to, I will never look and interact with some people I know as I have in the past. There will be a wall of distrust. While there has always been difference in how each of us views how the world should work, I was not prepared for how many people would perpetuate such a crime to see that their vision would move forward. Nor was I ready for the number of people, some I know and care for, who would support such an endeavor. There is an oldish saying that I've posted here and there throughout this blog: Folks on the right think those on the left are wrong. People on the left think those of us on the right are evil. After what has happened during this election (and for the past 4+ years), I think people on the right are going to rethink how we view those on the left.

If you wish to read the whole article, click here. There was some editing to clarify MY thoughts. But not much.

Do you believe... (A reminder, each of the following questions are based on indisputable facts. Text and emphasis mine)

Biden & Democrat Party, You Ain’t Black If You Don’t Vote Democrat

It’s a fact. Democrats play identity politics. By grouping certain categories of people and play into their main concerns, the Democrat party believes they can control that particular demographics. Whether the Democrats suck up to the feminist movement, climate change movement, the socialist movement, Hispanic movement, or the Black movement, the Democrat party will promise everything and deliver nothing. Democrats just blame the other side for the broken promises they can’t keep. And ironically, the Democrat votes believe in it.

As years move on and more information are being accessible via the Internet and social media, the left wing liberal socialist exposure is transparent. The main stream media can’t lie anymore. You got a current president willing to fight back; instead of letting things go its course in hoping people will forget. Past presidents are will to turn the other cheek if they are criticized. They allow the pundits from both sides will run amuck dispelling the truth and lie about the facts and visa-versa.

However, when you video proof, it becomes very difficult to spin it; especially when one realizes what he actually goofed.

This happened to the presumed Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden's claim that African Americans voters "ain't black" if they are not planning to vote for him in November. To a normal sane human being with some ounce of common sense, that statement is arrogant and condescending.

It’s understandable that Biden is acting like an angry old man yelling at people to get off the damn lawn. Call it dementia or old age, but such a stupid comment doesn’t excuse those 1.3 million African-Americans who vote for voted for Trump in 2016.

Biden is saying to 1.3 million African-Americans that you're not black. Biden is telling other Blacks that they are only useful during election time. Well, the time is now that the Black community needs to wake up and smell the coffee because Biden and the Democrat party are making the Black people look like fools by taking them for granted.

It didn’t talk long for the media to go on a frenzy. Every group and movement couldn’t resist to chime in and condemn such idiotic statement. Such statements just proves that old white male liberals never cared about the black people. They care about their vote. It’s not the first time it was mentioned. Throughout the Democrat campaign trail, the media and fellow Democrats kept saying Biden needs to win South Carolina and the Black vote. That to itself is condensing. It suggests that Biden automatically earns the Black vote because Biden’s false claim to be pro-Black. When a motto like that is drilled 24/7 over the air, these Democrat voters would likely vote for Biden. And look what happened. Biden won South Carolina and catapulted him as the leading candidate for the 2020 presidential elections.

Let’s keep in mind that Biden sponsored a crime bill during the 1990’s that locked up more African-American males than any other piece of legislation. Wow! Talking of being pro-Black. It had to take several criminal justice reform legislation to correct Biden mistakes. Guess who fixed- Trump!!

It is Trump who is a strong advocate to bring the impoverished and the forgotten to a high standard of living. No modern day Republican or Democrat can make that claim. It took a non political businessman to fix this country and should deserve another four more years to continue to make America great again.

Trump Will Win in 2020. This is Why

The media’s job is to bring news of chaos because it brings in the ratings. Period! Happy news are short lived. Just turn on the TV and you will see fires in Australia, earthquakes in Puerto Rico, possible war with Iran, Harvey Weinstein guilty on rape charge, and Trumps impeachment. Controversy brings in pundits to opine their views. Reporting the news became a dinosaur. Offering opinionated views is the mainstay.

With an impeachment saga that will never end, and unable to find a suitable presidential Democrat candidate to challenge Trump, the media is purposefully prolonging the narrative to gain viewers and advertisers. Once the narrative ends, viewers and advertisers would drop.

Hence, if the truth ever came out that Trump has a high percent that he will be re-elected in 2020, then the news cycle would die. It would force the media to concoct another made up story or fake news to dupe the American public.

The media is trying to dupe the American public that there is a strong Democrat candidate to challenge Trump. However, that is an absurd idea. Warren has fallen off the top tier. Mayor Pete is disguising himself as a heterosexual male; even though, he is a happily married gay man. What you have left in the top tier are two or three angry, old, white men. Yeah, those are the Democratic choices to run in the presidential 2020 elections; unless a dark horse would be nominated during the convention.

Democrats on the Hill and the liberal establishment are getting nervous because Trump outsmarted them. It is unlikely a sitting president will lose re-election with a robust economy. It is unlikely for a Republican to lose if they are able to tap into the Democrat base, the black vote. Historically, Democrats usually win an election with greater than 95% of the black vote. George W. Bush was able to grab 11% of the black vote to win two terms to the Oval Office. Trump has 34% of the black vote support. Likewise, Hispanics and other minorities are supporting Trump in record numbers. During Clinton’s impeachment in the 90’s, Clinton got majority of Americans to flip Congress to Democrat. Unlike Clinton, Trump is made as a victim of a witch-hunt. There was no due process. Trump was unable to defend himself.  It was completely unfair and the American people are fully aware of it. With a majority of America not supporting impeachment, it is not stopping the Democrats. If the past lesson is a good indicator for future events, the American voter would vote the Democrats out of office.

Besides, let’s be honest. People vote with their pockets. With more disposable income to spend, wages are up for the lower tier of the economic scale, and historic low unemployment; while the world is experiencing a global recession, America is still resilient under Trump.

A new poll came out. Trump has an approval rating of 49% to Obama 46% at the same point of his presidency. With over 90% of Republicans and nice support of independent voters (40%) , it eclipses Obama numbers when he won his second term.

I won’t sit on my laurels. As long the economy is maintaining as a world leader and economist hedging no recession in 2020, it is absolutely inconceivable to see Trump screwing this up.

Trump: Now It’s My Turn Adam Schiff

After one week listening to these impeachment public hearing, it was a waste of my time. All I got from these hearings were hearsay, assumptions, and presumptions. I listen to the opposition spin this and it boggles my mind. Whether the opposition are in denial, stubborn, or being stupid, it is fact that there is a right and wrong. In this case, Democrat Adam Schiff ran this hearing as judge, juror, and executioner. He created his own witnesses, rules, and suppressing the Republicans. Everything about the hearings were wrong and the Democrats are hoping the American public are stupid not to notice. It is fact that the witnesses were based on 2nd and 3rd hand accounts, which would never be acceptable in a courtroom. It is fact that no witness can prove quod pro quo, bribery, or extortion. It is fact that it is impossible to hear and understand  a conversation of a cellphone call of two persons without it being on speaker phone.

Now it is over and it’s Trumps turn. Trump wants the Senate to take this to trail. Trump is very confident that he can expose the Washington establishment through his own trail. That means Trump can defend himself with his own lawyers and witnesses. Horowitz, the inspector general, will be releasing a damning report that touches on the main report from US attorney Durham related to the collusion in the 2016 election. Democrats are running scared because they have went too far. Unlike other presidents who would allow the shenanigans to continue, Trump would not have none of it. He’s a fighter and will fight back. The Washington establishment are entering uncharted water with this president. Trump won’t play their rules.

Like the movie The Godfather, it is the ending of the movie and you see Michael Corleone killing off those who betrayed him.  Karma is such a bitch. Adam Schiff is on that list Trump wants the most. Trump will get his chance and it will be a nice Christmas present for the president.

Some are More Equal than Others

Some are More Equal than Others

As a retired FBI Agent, I can state unequivocally that in the many cases I investigated and presented to the United States Attorney for prosecution, I never once told the USA what to do with the case. Several of my retired friends have assured me they had similar experiences. Somewhere, there probably is an ex-Agent who will tell you he made such a decision himself on behalf of the USA; stranger things have happened. But the decision as to whether to prosecute a case lies entirely within the purview of the USA or an Assistant USA—or the Attorney General of the United States--NOT the FBI.

Some Agents have tried to persuade the USA to prosecute a case that they felt strongly about, mostly with limited success. However, if the Agent is unable to prove any of the elements of the crime as set out in the United States Code of Criminal Justice, then the matter is dropped—period.

It is difficult to imagine a bona fide Agent setting out in a report for the prosecution all the elements of the crime, stating affirmatively that the subject had violated each and every element of that crime—and then averring that it does not rise to the level of a prosecutable case. He has just assured his listeners of the obverse, and now he says he does not recommend prosecution. That is insane.

I have heard that COMEY might have chosen this route so that the people could be apprised of the facts, because a lengthy Grand Jury might prolong indictment until after the election. Fine. That is one way of doing it. But why not do the right thing and present the evidence to Attorney General LORETTA LYNCH? If she refused to prosecute or to immediately put the evidence before a Grand Jury, COMEY should have tendered his resignation, with an even fuller explanation that he is compelled to resign because of inaction on the part of the Attorney General in prosecuting a very viable case. By his failure to pursue this prosecution vigorously, COMEY soiled the reputation of the FBI and American justice in general.

The Director tried to assure anyone who would listen that the decision rendered in this matter was not to be construed as favorable to the rich and powerful—that there is not another system of justice that applies to the poor and unimportant. Were you reassured by that statement? Neither was I.

Confidence in our system of jurisprudence has been steadily eroding since the administration of President Bill Clinton. The Director of the FBI made this decision in the matter of Hillary Clinton’s misuse of her email while serving as Secretary of State so that the Attorney General would not have to. That she would have made the same decision is little doubted. Taking it out of her hands saved Ms. LYNCH and the President from embarrassment and criticism. I believe the result will be a further hastening of the loss of confidence that the American people feel they can place in the very system that is ostensibly there to protect them.

Donald Trump and Character

Donald Trump and Character
No individual can rise above his core character—an integral part of that person’s very being and almost fully developed by the time he has reached the age of fifteen or sixteen. That combination of traits and attributes which go into the make-up of character defines a man or woman. Further, input into the development of that character which is most important is that of the individual who must carry it and live with it. The vast majority of his actions will be guided by that core character for the rest of his life. Of course, he can pretend to be a person of greater character, superior attributes—but that is a charade, and it cannot be sustained over a long period of time before he will revert to his basic self.
Donald Trump’s character is such that he needs no proof at all to conclude that Ted Cruz was the guilty party behind the publishing of a nude photo of Trump’s wife, even though the Super Pac that admits responsibility is not one that supports Cruz. Rather, it is an anti-Trump Pac called ‘Make America Awesome’. No matter. Trump knows, and he does not want to be confused by facts. Trump said, “He knew about the picture. He may have even bought the rights to the picture, (meaning his campaign). And the super PAC had it. He's very close to the super PAC. I didn't start this. He did.”
So we are to be persuaded Cruz found out about the photo of Melania, bought the rights to it, and directed ‘Make America Awesome’ to release it. In addition to being disgustingly low-brow, such an act would be illegal. One would think a Constitutional lawyer would be aware of that fact and would be loathe to risk a fine or prison term. As an article in the Washington Post reported, “We expect this from Trump by now. Trump says things, and they are wrong. People note that they are wrong, and Trump and his supporters don't care. That's the pattern.”

On the other hand, The National Enquirer, which might as well be owned by Trump (do you think he would admit it if he did own it?) prints an article accusing Cruz of not one but five marital infidelities. It is known that the owner of record of the Enquirer is an avid supporter of Donald Trump and has printed articles critical of other opponents of Trump (Dr. Carson comes to mind). Trump, however, demands he be given plausible deniability when he says he was not behind publishing of that article on Cruz, and all his loyal followers plus other haters of Ted Cruz will gladly grant him that.
Really, in terms of the damage done, at this point it doesn’t matter who was responsible for the Enquirer story--a fact of which Trump is keenly aware. There are enough people who will believe it that it is likely to sway the electorate in the next few primaries. Between that article and the unfathomable continuing campaign of John Kasich, by the time the truth is known, Trump will already be the de facto winner of the Republican nomination for the presidency. He should be congratulated. Only . . .
Everything about Donald Trump shouts that he is a self-absorbed narcissist who only wants to make Donald Trump look great. If America can be helped at the same time, well, that would be alright. He has proven time and again that he is willing to destroy campaigns, reputations careers—whatever is necessary to vanquish anyone who opposes him. It doesn’t matter whether the sometimes ridiculous accusations he makes are true. All that is important is that they denigrate, belittle, humiliate and embarrass that person towards whom his poisonous venom is directed. If you are willing to destroy the lives and/or reputations of others, why should you concern yourself with whether what you say is true or fair? The only objective is to win.
Whatever Cruz is or has done, he is correct in his assertion that Trump is a sniveling coward. Yes, Trump is a bully, but only a verbal bully as opposed to one who would enter the ring himself to take on an opponent. He hides behind someone else and claims he doesn’t want to believe what he has just accused his opponent of, but “this is out there . . . It might be true”. How many times have you heard him say that? Decorum, honesty and fairness dictate that you should not, cannot just throw out a baseless allegation unless . . .  your goal is to tar someone’s reputation and character in order to disqualify them as an opponent in order to gain something you want. Well, in the minds of many, that prize might well become less valuable once Trump has acquired it than it is now, with an Islamo-fascist as president. If Donald Trump is elected, America's trajectory is not upward towards being a better nation. It will mean enough Americans are accepting of the kind of coarseness that should shame the most tawdry of us. In any event, Trump’s methods are cowardly. They are unseemly AND unmanly.
It can be hoped that most Americans do not want a cowardly or unmanly president, but . . . will you have a choice come November?
