Don’t read this while you are eating or just after you eat. Gruesome details of what goes on behind closed doors of an abortion mill are emerging thanks to the murder trial of Kermit Gosnell who has been charged with 72 counts of murder after being accused of “snipping” the spines of babies born alive during an abortion procedure.
Today the spotlight is on a Delaware Planned Parenthood clinic, where nurses have alleged such dangerous working conditions that they feared they would get HIV. What allegedly went on in that clinic is nothing short of a house of horrors.
“It was just unsafe. I couldn’t tell you how ridiculously unsafe it was.” ”He didn’t wear gloves,” Says former employee Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich. Another former employee RN, Joyce Vasikonis said, ”They were using instruments on patients that were not sterile.” Both employees speak of a gruesome assembly line style of getting the patients in and out rapidly in order to maximize the number of abortions that could be done.
Werbrich said “It’s not washed down, it’s not even cleaned off. It has bloody drainage on it.”
“They could be at risk of getting hepatitis, even AIDS,” added Vasikonis.
Both nurses quit, they say, to protect their medical licenses. The state of Delaware does not routinely inspect abortion mills, and a representative of the department of health, Mary Peterson speaks bluntly: ”I am not going to lie to you, we don’t have the manpower to do routine inspections.” In fact, Planned Parenthood facilities are mostly inspected by their own employees.
The department of Health in Delaware did go in after a complaint in October of last year, but says they found no evidence to support these claims. However just since January 5 patients have been rushed to the hospital via ambulance highlighting some kind of problem with the facility.
The Local ABC affiliate in Delaware states that since they started their investigation, one doctor and two more nurses have left the facility with no reason listed.
Planned Parenthood did issue a statement about the clinic.
“Planned Parenthood of Delaware has provided high-quality services for more than 80 years. Each year, we provide confidential, compassionate care that includes breast cancer screenings, birth control, prevention and treatment of STDs, Pap tests, sexual health education, abortion, and health counseling to more than 11,000 women, men and teens in all three Delaware counties.Planned Parenthood’s medical standards and guidelines are informed by the most trusted medical knowledge as well as professional and scientific organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Food and Drug Administration, the United States Preventive Services Task Force, and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.In my role as the new CEO of Planned Parenthood of Delaware, recently my staff and I launched a review of patient services. I determined that we need to take immediate steps to assure our patients of our high-quality care, including enacting immediate personnel changes. We do not tolerate employees that fail to meet our standards for patient care and services.
According to Troy Newman, of Kansas based Pro-llife organization, Operation Rescue, says that though Planned Parenthood and abortion advocates say that cases like the baby murder and the Delaware facility are anomalies, Newman says that this happens more than people like to think. He claims that his organization has documented DOZENS of cases like these. Mr. Newman says that these abortion mills are meat markets of gruesome health hazards.
“The shine is off the apple when it comes to abortion,” Newman said. “We’ve backed the cartel into a corner now. The whole world knows they kill people and don’t care about women. Abortion is a violent act that takes a baby’s life.”
Mr. Newmans, group says he has photographic evidence of doctors twisting the heads off fetuses. He says that the clinics are dangerous , unclean, and hurt women and murder babies.
Well Mr. Newman , I couldn’t agree more. Even the nurses who left the Delaware clinic have stated that Planned Parenthood should close their doors and clean up their act. They know the “house of horrors” is not an isolate incident but a symptom of a system that has become sick.
I feel very sorry for the women that go to these places and do the unthinkable. They usually face great pressure, and once the abortion is over they have no support. The clinic shoves them through like they would if they were treating a sore throat. In and out, without a care for sterility, without a care for the women, or the pain of the poor innocent lives they take. It makes me sad, and calls into question the system of exterminating our young. Women who have abortions are more likely to be suicidal, to be drug users, to be alcoholics, to commit suicide, and it also increases the risks for pre-term birth in subsequent pregnancies. Why are they not informed of these risks? The answer is simple. Planned Parenthood, and abortion mills don’t care about women. They don’t care about children. They simply care about making money. Do you know the amount of money that is in abortion? 438 Million Dollars Per year. Can you imagine? Of COURSE they want to get as many done as possible. The more go in and out the more money there is to be made. SCREW the consequences.
I was already pro-life, and always will be. This just adds more fuel to the flames of my passion. Abortion is wrong. Abortion is murder. Abortion is cruel. That really sums it up.
