Are we ever going to learn not to listen to the media? Are we ever going to learn that polls and surveys are inaccurate? I guess humans are stupid in nature. We are easily gullible to be distracted, gaslighted, and manipulated. Don’t take offense. This is the reality.
For decades viewership to cable news has dwindled, but somehow we sit glued on poll numbers they spew. In my deleted post that this website removed the other day, I commented not to listen to the poll numbers because they are way off. In fact, I stopped listening to what the MSM and many bloggers, who regurgitate the same MSM bullcrap, nonsense.
These polls often oversample Democrats and the sampling size is often biased. If you must, take these polls with a grain of salt and read between the lines to get an overall understanding of these polls. I said in the past, couple polls show that majority of the American people closely align with Republicans in this election cycle. Couple polls show a majority of people say America is heading in the wrong direction. Several survey showed the economy, border, and inflation are most concerning to Americans. From these mentioned polls, one can extrapolate that the problem is with the current administration that caused the mess. Thus, knowing that the media lies by giving half truths and willing to neglect reporting what is true, we ought to realize that this election could not be a tight race. I felt the media is repeating what other media outlets are saying. In turn, other bloggers repeat the same thing too. To my understanding, no one wants to go rogue; but rather for everyone jump the bandwagon to build a consensus. Of course, this is wrong and stupid. I would rather see all the polls and make my own conclusions. What we see is the media cherry picking polls to fit their narrative.
Of course we found out after the fact, but I’m quite satisfied that I was correct and felt vindicated after the moderators of this site decided to delete my post due to violation of community standards (reporting wrong information).
